The electronic monitor system produces up to 24 different visual warnings, depending on vehicle equipment.

This monitor system includes an electronic monitor module and various sensors which supply signals to the module. The module then scans sensor inputs for warning conditions. When a warning condition is sensed, the module will display a warning condition. If more than one warning signal is sensed, the messages will alternate or cycle.

If a warning condition that is driver correctable is corrected, the monitor will provide a tone signal indicating "thank you" for correcting problem.

By pushing the system check button, a tone will signal driver so that he can visually cycle through some messages. If button is pressed twice within 1/2 second, system will shut off until unit is powered down.
