Fuel Gauge Inoperative or Erratic

Check for faulty wiring or components. Use tester or known good fuel gauge sending unit. Check all wiring including ground clip. If wiring is okay, check for faulty fuel gauge sending unit, faulty voltage limiter (if used), faulty fuel gauge or faulty printed circuit board.
