Piston Pins

NOTE: Identification mark on connecting rod faces toward front of engine.

Check pin fit in piston bore without rod. At room temperature, pin should press in smoothly by hand. When assembling, apply engine oil to outside of pin and to piston pin bore. Position rod and piston marks (indicating front) upward. Align pin with pressing tool, and press pin into piston and rod.
