Cleaning & Inspection

Check master cylinder bore and piston for wear or other damage. Replace as necessary. Check clearance between cylinder bore and piston. If clearance exceeds .006" (.15 mm), replace parts as necessary. Check all parts of primary and secondary piston assemblies and piston cups and springs. If any parts are found defective, replace components as assemblies.
