Sunroof Alignment
- Close roof panel to determine side that binds. Open panel, remove drive housing center cover and pry off cable retaining clip carefully. To move right side forward, lift right cable in front of gear and pull one or more teeth to left. Install clip and cover to check operation, then repeat as necessary, moving other cable for left side.CAUTION: Do not move roof panel while cable is off pinion gear.
- To adjust panel, remove headliner and trim. Loosen screws on panel guide assembly and turn knurled nut to raise or lower each side of panel front. Loosen locknut (do not remove) on rear guides, raise or lower panel, then tighten locknut. Check operation and replace headliner.
