Moonroof Alignment
- Remove sunscreen and molding. Open roof half-way and loosen front guide shoe screws. Close panel and loosen rear guide shoe screws and transport bar fasteners. Center panel in opening, then use a Phillips screwdriver to move shoes in to track edge, then out 0.060". Make sure guide shoe is parallel to track, then tighten screw. Adjust all guide shoes and check operation.
- To adjust height of panel, move to rear position and loosen 5 rail screws per side. Use screwdriver to turn adjusting screw at front of rails to raise or lower front of panel. Close panel, loosen guide nuts, and move plastic shims to adjust rear height. Replace sunscreen after checking operation.
