Axle Shaft Removal

Remove wheel and tire and brake drum. Work through hole in axle shaft flange and remove nuts from shaft retainer plate. On right shaft, remove lock from stud to which attached. Pull axle shaft assembly with a suitable tool. Remove and replace inner seal, making sure seal is installed squarely in axle housing.
