Switches, Gauges & Instrument Panels - PEUGEOT: Testing: Gauges

With ignition turned on, gauge needle should move. Disconnect sending unit wire. Gauge should read low. Connect wire to ground. Gauge should read high. If gauge works as indicated, replace sending unit. If not, check wiring and/or replace gauge.
