Removal & Installation: Removal

With headlights in open position, remove three screws and then remove headlight cover. Remove headlight and multiple plug (from wire set). Disconnect Bowden control wire, loosen linkage at clamp screw and remove linkage. Mark support plate circumference (for installation), then remove plate. Mark swivel plate circumference and remove plate. Cover all headlight edges with tape, then turn headlight 90° toward fender of side from which headlight is being removed. Thru access hole on underside of fender, remove the two attaching screws and the screw at the upper deflector panel. Before removing, mark the individual single plugs (Left side only) and remove lock assembly.
