Removal & Installation

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove left instrument panel insulator. Disconnect BCM harness connectors. Push up on module, and pull bottom away from and out of mounting bracket slot. See Figure . Remove module from vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure appropriate relearn procedures are performed. See NEW BODY CONTROL MODULE SETUP  under PROGRAMMING.
