Installation (Non-ABS)

Clean parts in denatured alcohol. Replace pistons if corroded or deformed. To install, reverse removal procedure. Lubricate NEW "O" rings, NEW piston seals and piston stems with silicone grease supplied in repair kit. Ensure seals face upward when installing onto piston. Lubricate NEW reservoir "O" rings and fittings with clean brake fluid. Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Bleed brakes. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
