Test C: Low Traction Indicator Always On

  1. Perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  . After performing diagnostic system check, go to next step.
  2. Connect scan tool to data link connector and turn ignition on. Using scan tool prompts, turn LOW TRAC indicator on then off. If scan tool turns LOW TRAC indicator on then off, replace EBCM/EBTCM. If scan tool, does not turn LOW TRAC indicator on then off, suspect a problem in instrument panel.
