Test B: Abs Indicator On With No DTCS Set

  1. Perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  . After performing diagnostic system check, go to next step.
  2. Connect scan tool to data link connector and turn ignition on. Using scan tool prompts, turn ABS indicator on then off. If scan tool turns ABS indicator on then off, replace EBCM/EBTCM. If scan tool, does not turn ABS indicator on then off, suspect a problem in instrument panel.
