Set Conditions

The DTC can be set any time the ignition is in the ON position, and the EBCM/EBTCM senses any one of the following:
- Open circuit seen for 0.02 seconds
- Short to battery voltage seen for 0.02 seconds
- Short to ground seen for 0.02 seconds
