Master Cylinder Proportioning Valves: Installation

  1. Install the proportioning valves.
  2. Connect the brake pipe fittings to the proportioning valve using a backup wrench. Tighten the proportioning valve tube nut to 11 ft. lbs. (15 N.m).
  3. Lower vehicle.
  4. Bleed the brakes. See BLEEDING .
