Right Turn Signal Indicator Inoperative

Check for open in circuit No. 15 (Dark Blue wire) between instrument cluster Green 32-pin connector C1, terminal C16 and exterior lighting system. See Figure . Repair as necessary and recheck system operation. If circuit is okay, locate and repair problem in exterior lighting system. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Recheck system operation.
