Testing Procedures
- Measure all voltages to ground with ignition switch in RUN position.
- Measure all resistances to ground with ignition switch in OFF position and negative battery cable disconnected.
- Check all ground terminals with a self-powered test light before making voltage or resistance measurements.
- If correct voltage or resistance is found at terminal and function which uses terminal does not operate, check appropriate incandescent bulbs. If bulbs are okay, replace instrument cluster.
