DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC PRIORITY 

    If DTC B20E3-96 is displayed with DTC B20D0-11 or B20D0-15, first perform the confirmation procedure (trouble diagnosis) for DTC B20D0-11 or B20D0-15.

    Is applicable DTC detected?

    YES

    B20D0-11: Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC Confirmation Procedure .

    YES

    B20D0-15: Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC Confirmation Procedure .

    NO

    GO TO 2.

  2. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 

    SYMBOL CONSULT

    1. Ignition switch ON.
    2. Turn lighting switch and wait at least 2 seconds or more.
    3. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "IPDM E/R".
    4. Check DTC.

    Is DTC detected?

    YES

    Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .

    NO

    Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
