Diagnosis Procedure

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Turn lighting switch OFF, and front fog lamp switch OFF.
3. Disconnect IPDM E/R connector and front fog lamp RH connector.
4. Check voltage between IPDM E/R harness connector and ground.

   IPDM E/R		-	Voltage (Approx.)
   Connector	Terminal
   E44	57	Ground	0 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

CONSULT

1. Connect IPDM E/R connector.
2. Ignition switch ON.
3. Select "FRONT FOG LAMP" in "Active Test" mode of "IPDM E/R".
4. With operating the test items, check the voltage between front fog lamp RH harness connector and ground.

   E82	1	Ground	FRONT FOG LAMP	On	Battery voltage
   				Off	0 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

GO TO 4.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Check continuity between front fog lamp RH harness connector and ground.

   Front fog lamp RH		--	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   E82	2	Ground	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 5.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect IPDM E/R connector.
3. Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and front fog lamp RH harness connector.

   IPDM E/R		Front fog lamp RH		Continuity
   Connector	Terminal	Connector	Terminal
   E44	57	E82	1	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO

Repair or replace harness.

Check the front fog lamp RH. Refer to Component Inspection .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Inspection End.

NO

Replace front fog lamp bulb. Refer to Removal and Installation .
