Diagnosis Procedure

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Turn lighting switch OFF, and front fog lamp switch OFF.
3. Disconnect IPDM E/R connector and front fog lamp LH connector.
4. Check voltage between IPDM E/R harness connector and ground.

   IPDM E/R		--	Voltage (Approx.)
   Connector	Terminal
   E48	51	Ground	0 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

CONSULT

1. Connect IPDM E/R connector.
2. Ignition switch ON.
3. Select "FRONT FOG LAMP" in "Active Test" mode of "IPDM E/R".
4. With operating the test items, check the voltage between front fog lamp LH harness connector and ground.

   +		-	Test item		Voltage (Approx.)
   Front fog lamp LH

   E303	1	Ground	FRONT FOG LAMP	On	Battery voltage
   				Off	0 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

GO TO 4.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Check continuity between front fog lamp LH harness connector and ground.

   Front fog lamp LH		--	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   E303	2	Ground	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 5.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect IPDM E/R connector.
3. Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and front fog lamp LH harness connector.

   IPDM E/R		Front fog lamp LH		Continuity
   Connector	Terminal	Connector	Terminal
   E48	51	E303	1	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO

Repair or replace harness.

Check the front fog lamp LH. Refer to Component Inspection .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Inspection End.

NO

Replace front fog lamp LH. Refer to Removal and Installation .
