DTC Confirmation Procedure

CAUTION:
Always drive vehicle at a safe speed.
- PRECONDITIONING
If "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" is previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before performing the next test.
GO TO 2.
- CHECK DTC DETECTION
With CONSULT
- Start the engine.
- Select "TRGT PRES TCC", "SLCT LVR POSI", "VHCL/S SE-A/T", "ESTM VSP SIG", "VEHICLE SPEED" and "ACCELE POSI" in "Data Monitor" in "TRANSMISSION".
- Drive vehicle and maintain the following conditions for 10 seconds or more.NOTE: Driving the vehicle uphill (increased engine load) will help maintain the driving conditions required for this test.
TRGT PRES TCC
: 600 kPa
SLCT LVR POSI
: D
VHCL/S SE-A/T
: 10 km/h (7 MPH) or more
ESTM VSP SIG
: 10 km/h (7 MPH) or more
VEHICLE SPEED
: 10 km/h (7 MPH) or more
ACCELE POSI
: 1.0/8 or more
- Perform "Self Diagnostic Results" in "TRANSMISSION".
With GST
Follow the procedure "With CONSULT".
Is "P0741" detected?
YES
Go to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .
NO
To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident .
NO
Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
