Removal and Installation: Installation

- Install the oil jet (bank 1) using a suitable tool.
- When installing the oil jet [bank 1 (2)], align the groove on the oil jet (bank 1) at 90 deg. (C) to the cylinder block and main bearing mating surface. The flat surface (B) of the oil jet (bank 1) should be facing up and towards the center of the cylinder block.

: +/- 10 deg.
NOTE: Oil jet (bank 1) is longer than oil jet (bank 2). - There should be no gap (C) between the oil jet [bank 1 (1)] and cylinder block (2) surface.

- When installing the oil jet [bank 1 (2)], align the groove on the oil jet (bank 1) at 90 deg. (C) to the cylinder block and main bearing mating surface. The flat surface (B) of the oil jet (bank 1) should be facing up and towards the center of the cylinder block.
- Installation of the remaining components is in the reverse order of removal.
