Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Removal and Installation (Battery Tray) .
  2. Remove the "B" terminal nut.
  3. Disconnect the "B" terminal and the starter harness connectors from the starter.
  4. Remove the starter bolts, then remove the starter.
    5. CAUTION: Do not contact with or damage surrounding parts when removing starter from vehicle.
