Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK "S" TERMINAL CONNECTION
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Check if "S" terminal is clean and tight.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2

NO

Repair "S" terminal connection. Confirm repair by performing system test using DSS-5000P NI. Refer to the applicable Instruction Manual for proper testing procedures.

CHECK "S" TERMINAL CIRCUIT

Check voltage between generator harness connector F7 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Refer to Work Flow (With DSS-5000P NI) or Work Flow (Without DSS-5000P NI) .

Check harness for open between generator and fuse.
