Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove front door finisher. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove bolt hole covers (A).

  3. Temporarily reconnect main power window and door lock/unlock switch (LH door) or power window and door lock/unlock switch RH (RH door).
  4. Operate main power window and door lock/unlock switch (LH door) or power window and door lock/unlock switch RH (RH door) to raise/lower the door glass until the door glass regulator to glass bolts can be seen.
  5. Remove door glass regulator to glass bolts (A).

  6. Raise door glass and hold in place using a suitable tool (A).

  7. Remove door vapor barrier (1).

    CAUTION: Use care not to damage or tear vapor barrier during removal.
  8. Disconnect harness connector from door glass regulator motor.
  9. Remove bolts (B) and nut (A) then door glass regulator from door.
