Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove front wheel and tire (RH) using power tool. Refer to Adjustment .
  2. Remove radiator assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove cooling fan assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  4. Remove drive belt auto-tensioner assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF DRIVE BELT AUTO-TENSIONER .
  5. Disconnect the harness connector from generator.
  6. Remove harness retainers.
  7. Remove "B" terminal nut and disconnect "B" terminal harness.
  8. Remove bolts and generator bracket.
  9. Remove generator.
