Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK POWER WINDOW SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL

Turn ignition switch ON.

Check signal between rear power window switch RH harness connector and ground with oscilloscope.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace rear power window switch RH. Refer to Removal and Installation .

GO TO 2.

CHECK POWER WINDOW SERIAL LINK SIGNAL

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect rear power window switch RH connector.
Turn ignition switch ON.

Check voltage between rear power window switch RH harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace main power window and lock/unlock switch. Refer to Removal and Installation .

GO TO 3.

CHECK POWER WINDOW SERIAL LINK CIRCUIT

Disconnect main power window and lock/unlock switch connector.

Check continuity between main power window and lock/unlock switch harness connector and rear power window switch RH harness connector.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

Repair or replace harness.

CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
