Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove front drive shaft. Refer to Removal and Installation (LH) (LH) or Removal and Installation (RH) (RH).
  2. Using suitable tool remove the differential side oil seal.
    CAUTION: When removing the differential side oil seal, be careful not to scratch the oil seal mounting surfaces of the transaxle case and converter housing.
