Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK CONNECTOR
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
- Check the following terminals and connectors for damage, bend and loose connection (connector side and harness side).
- Harness connector M40
- Harness connector B69
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Repair the terminal and connector.
- CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY (OPEN CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the following harness connectors.
- Around view monitor control unit
- Harness connectors M40 and B69
- Check the continuity between the around view monitor control unit harness connector and the harness connector.

YES
GO TO 3.
NO
Repair the main line between the around view monitor control unit and the harness connector M40.
- Disconnect the following harness connectors.
- CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY (OPEN CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the harness connectors B54 and B200.
- Check the continuity between the harness connectors.

Check CAN system type decision again.
YES
Error was detected in the main line between the around view monitor control unit and the driver seat control unit.
NO
Repair the main line between the harness connectors B69 and driver seat control unit.
