Release Conditions Of Fail-Safe

When the following conditions are satisfied, the video distributor cancels the Fail-safe mode.
- The temperature of the video distributor is 65 deg.C (149 deg.F) or less for 60 consecutive seconds.
- The battery voltage of the video distributor is 16.5 V or less for 15 consecutive seconds.
- The battery voltage of the video distributor is 8.5 V or more for 15 consecutive seconds.
