With BOSE CENTERPOINT Audio System

  1. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION LOW CIRCUIT CONTINUITY 1 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect Bose speaker amp. connector B120, data link connector M22, combination meter M24, display control unit M92, multifunction switch M98, TCU M47, around view monitor control unit M96 and video distributor connector M156.
    3. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and video distributor connector M156.

      Bose speaker amp.

    4. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and ground.

    YES

    GO TO 2.

    NO

    Repair or replace harness or connectors.

  2. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION LOW CIRCUIT CONTINUITY 2 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect AV control unit connector M164.
    3. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and AV control unit connector M164

    4. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and ground.

    Repair or replace harness or connectors.

  3. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION HIGH CIRCUIT CONTINUITY 1 
    1. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and video distributor connector M156.

  4. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION HIGH CIRCUIT CONTINUITY 2 
    1. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and AV control unit connector M164.

    Replace the Bose speaker amp. Refer to Removal and Installation .

    NO

    Repair or replace harness or connectors.



  1. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION LOW CIRCUIT CONTINUITY 1 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect Bose speaker amp. connector B120, combination meter M24, display control unit M92, multifunction switch M98, TCU M47, around view monitor control unit M96 and video distributor connector M156.
    3. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and video distributor connector M156.

    2. Disconnect AV control unit connector M164.
    3. Check continuity between Bose speaker amp. connector B120 and AV control unit connector M164
