Around View Monitor System (DTC/Circuit Diagnosis)

CHECK CONTINUITY OF SIDE CAMERA RH POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect around view monitor control unit connector M97 and door mirror RH connector D116.

Check continuity between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and door mirror RH connector D116.

Check continuity between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

Repair harness or connector.

CHECK VOLTAGE OF SIDE CAMERA RH POWER SUPPLY

Connect around view monitor control unit connector M97 and door mirror RH connector D116.
Turn ignition switch ON.

Check voltage between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and ground.

M97	62	Ground	"CAMERA" switch is ON or shift position is "R".	6.0 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .

CHECK CONTINUITY OF SIDE CAMERA RH IMAGE SIGNAL CIRCUIT

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect around view monitor control unit connector M97 and door mirror RH connector D116.

Check continuity between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and door mirror RH connector D116.

Check continuity between around view monitor control unit connector M97 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

Repair harness or connector.

CHECK SIDE CAMERA RH IMAGE SIGNAL

Connect around view monitor control unit connector M97 and door mirror RH connector D116.
Turn ignition switch ON.

Check signal between around view monitor control unit connector M97.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Replace side camera RH. Refer to Removal and Installation .
