Telematics System (DTC/Circuit Diagnosis)

  1. CHECK USB HARNESS CONNECTION 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Visually check the USB harness connection between display control unit and TCU.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES

    GO TO 2.

    NO

    Repair or replace USB harness.

  2. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE AGAIN 

    SYMBOL With CONSULT

    1. Turn ignition switch ON.
    2. Erase DTC using CONSULT.
    3. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "TELEMATICS" using CONSULT.
    4. Check DTC.

    Is DTC B13D9 detected?

    YES

    Replace TCU. Refer to Removal and Installation .

    NO

    Inspection End.
