Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK USB HARNESS CONNECTION
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Visually check USB harness connector between display control unit and NAVI control unit.
Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Replace USB harness.
CHECK NAVI CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check NAVI control unit power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace NAVI control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
