Removal and Installation: Installation

Rotate all roof post 90 degrees (A) using a suitable tool.

Insert a new metal clip in any locations on the roof rack side rail where missing.
CAUTION: When installing, make sure all clips are on roof rack side rail.

Install the roof rack side rail to the roof panel.

CAUTION:

Make sure all clips and pawls are firmly pressed into place.

Make sure front edge of roof rack side rail is aligned behind the windshield seal (1) as shown, below.

NOTE: Tap firmly on the roof rack side rail to lock each of the remaining seven clips into place on the remaining seven posts.
