Removal and Installation: Inspection

Remove any metal clips (A) that remain on roof posts (1) by cutting each side (
) of the clip.
CAUTION:
Make sure all old clips have been removed from posts on roof panel.
NOTE:
It is only necessary to cut and remove metal clips (A) that remain on the roof posts (1). Metal clips that remain in roof rack side rail can be reused if not damaged.
