Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Loosen battery terminal nuts and disconnect both negative and positive terminals from the battery.
    CAUTION: To prevent damage to the parts, disconnect the battery negative terminal first.
  2. Disconnect battery positive cable from fusible link box (battery).
  3. Disconnect harness connectors.
  4. Remove nut and separate battery positive terminal from fusible link box (battery).
