Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP BULB
Check the applicable lamp bulb.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2 .
NO
Replace bulb. Refer to Bulb Replacement .
- CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect IPDM E/R connector and license plate lamp connector.
- Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and license plate lamp harness connector.

GO TO 3 .
NO
Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between license plate lamp harness connector and ground.
