Seat Cushion - Driver Power Seat

Disassembly 

  1. Remove the lumbar knob cover and screw, then the lumbar knob.
  2. Remove the seat switch sliding knob and the reclining knob.
  3. Remove the two seat cushion outer finisher LH screws and disconnect the harness connector from seat switch.
  4. Remove the seat cushion outer finisher (1).

  5. Remove the recline outer finisher screw and the recline outer finisher.
  6. Remove the trim clip (A) and move the seat cushion trim away from the seat belt.

  7. Release the seat cushion rear retainers attached to frame.
  8. Release the seat cushion LH/RH side retainers attached to frame.
  9. Release the seat cushion front retainer.
  10. Remove the lumbar actuator and bracket assembly.
  11. Remove the two lumbar actuator bracket screws.
  12. Lift the seat cushion assembly upward to access the wire harness bracket. Remove the three wire harness bracket screws (A).

  13. Remove the two seat cushion frame bolts (A) and the seat cushion frame attaching clips and clamps.

  14. Remove the seat cushion assembly with the seat cushion frame.
  15. Separate the seat cushion assembly from the seat cushion frame.
  16. Remove the seat cushion spring.
  17. Remove the drawer assembly (if equipped).
  18. Remove the seat belt buckle. Refer to Front Seat Belt .
  19. Remove the four drawer cover screws and the drawer cover (if equipped).
  20. Remove the two drawer cover screws and drawer slide LH (if equipped).
  21. Remove the two drawer cover bolts and drawer slide RH with the rear reinforcement bracket (if equipped). Remove the two screws to separate the drawer slide from the bracket.
  22. Separate the seat cushion trim from the seat cushion.

Assembly 

Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
