Seat Cushion - Driver Manual Seat

Disassembly 

1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Removal and Installation .
2. Remove the seat cushion outer finisher (RH) (1).

   • Remove the cover, screw and release the clip.
3. Remove the recline lever (1).

   1. Insert a suitable tool in the notch to remove the recline lever cover.
   2. Remove the recline lever screw.
   3. Remove the recline lever (1).
4. Remove the seat cushion outer finisher (LH).
5. Release the seat cushion rear retainers attached to frame.
6. Release the seat cushion LH/RH side retainers attached to frame.
7. Release the seat cushion front retainer.
8. Remove seat cushion assembly from the seat cushion frame.
9. Remove the four seat cushion frame bolts (A) and the seat cushion frame and seat cushion spring.

10. Remove the drawer assembly (if equipped).
11. Remove the seat belt buckle. Refer to Front Seat Belt .
12. Remove the four drawer lid screws and the drawer cover (if equipped).
13. Remove the two drawer cover screws and drawer slide (LH) (if equipped).
14. Remove the two drawer lid bolts and drawer slide (RH) with the rear reinforcement bracket (if equipped). Remove the two screws to separate the drawer slide from the bracket.
15. Separate the seat cushion trim from the seat cushion.

Assembly 

Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.

• Install new hog rings on seat cushion trim in original position.

• Clamp the harness in position.
• Install the seat belt buckle. Refer to Front Seat Belt .
