Rear Headlining: Removal

  1. Remove the back upper pillar finisher (LH) (passenger van only). Refer to Removal and Installation - (Upper) (LH) (Passenger Van) .
  2. Remove the back upper pillar finisher (RH) (passenger van only). Refer to Removal and Installation - (Upper) (RH) (Passenger Van) .
  3. Remove the center upper pillar finisher (LH) (passenger van only). Refer to Removal and Installation - Center Upper Pillar Finisher (LH) (Passenger Van) .
  4. Remove the center upper pillar finisher (RH) (passenger van only). Refer to Removal and Installation - Center Upper Pillar Finisher (RH) (Passenger Van) .
  5. Remove the front upper pillar finisher (LH) (passenger van only). Refer to Removal and Installation - Front Upper Pillar Finisher (LH) (Passenger Van) .
  6. Remove the front side window finisher (LH) (passenger van only). Refer to Removal and Installation - Front Side Window Finisher (LH) (Passenger Van) .
  7. Remove the LH and RH side headlining. Refer to Front Headlining .
  8. Release A/C duct clip at center upper pillar finisher (LH) (if equipped).
  9. Remove the rear door upper striker cover (1) using suitable tool.

    SYMBOL : Metal clip

    SYMBOL : Pawl

    SYMBOL : Clip

  10. Disconnect the harness connectors.
    • At rear door upper door striker
    • At rear corner RH side
  11. Remove the ten rear headliner center clips using suitable tool.
  12. Disengage the three magnets at the front of the rear headliner.
  13. Remove the rear headliner.
