DTC Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK MANUAL MODE SWITCH CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect A/T shift selector connector.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between A/T shift selector harness connector terminals.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
GO TO 3.
- CHECK MANUAL MODE SWITCH
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Check manual mode switch. Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 6.
NO
Repair or replace damaged parts.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT (MANUAL MODE SWITCH CIRCUIT)
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Check continuity between A/T shift selector harness connector terminal and ground.

YES
GO TO 4.
NO
Repair or replace damaged parts.
- CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN A/T SHIFT SELECTOR AND COMBINATION METER (PART 1)
- Disconnect unified meter and A/C amp. connector.
- Check continuity between A/T shift selector harness connector terminals and combination meter harness connector terminals.

Repair or replace damaged parts.
- CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN A/T SHIFT SELECTOR AND COMBINATION METER (PART 2)
Check continuity between A/T shift selector harness connector terminals and ground.

YES
GO TO 6.
NO
Repair or replace damaged parts.
- CHECK COMBINATION METER
- Reconnect all the connectors.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Select "M RANGE SW", "NM RANGE SW", "AT SFT UP SW" and "AT SFT DWN SW" in "Data Monitor" in "METER/M&A".
- Check the ON/OFF operations of each monitor item. Refer to Reference Value .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace the control valve & TCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .
NO
Replace combination meter. Refer to Removal and Installation .
