Removal and Installation of Brake Pads: Removal

  1. Remove brake fluid reservoir cap.
  2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly using power tool. Refer to Adjustment .
  3. Remove torque member bolts and suspend the caliper assembly with suitable wire so that the brake hose will not stretch.
  4. Remove the brake pads.
  5. Remove the brake pad retainers.
