Removal and Installation: Removal

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Changing Engine Coolant (VQ40DE) or Changing Engine Coolant (VK56VD).
Disconnect the underfloor rear heater core pipes (A) from the coolant valve.

Disconnect the heater hoses (A) from the coolant valve (1).

Remove the coolant valve.
