Removal and Installation: Installation

- Route the driver air bag module harness through the clip (A), then attach the connectors.
- Install the remaining components in the reverse order of removal.CAUTION:
- Do not use old bolts after removal; replace with new bolts.
- After the work is completed, check that no system malfunction is detected by air bag warning lamp.
- If a malfunction is detected by the air bag warning lamp after repair or replacement of the malfunctioning parts, perform SRS final check. Refer to SRS Final Check .
NOTE:- If driver air bag module is being replaced due to deployment, the spiral cable must also be replaced. Refer to Removal and Installation .
