Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Discharge the refrigerant. Refer to Recycle Refrigerant .
  2. Remove the front air duct. Refer to AIR CLEANER AND AIR DUCT .
  3. Remove the core support cover. Refer to Exploded View .
  4. Remove the front under cover. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  5. Remove the high-pressure flexible hose bolt from the condenser pipe assembly.
    CAUTION: Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air.
  6. Remove the high-pressure flexible hose from the compressor.
    CAUTION: Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air.
  7. Remove the high-pressure flexible hose.
