Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CONFIGURATION OF ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT (CONTROL UNIT) 

    Perform configuration of ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit). Refer to Work Procedure .

    CAUTION: Never replace the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit).

    GO TO 2 .

  2. CHECK SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS 

    SYMBOL CONSULT

    Replace the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) even if other DTC's are displayed along with "C1170" in "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ABS".

    Replace the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit). Refer to Removal and Installation .
