Circuit Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH OUTPUT SIGNALS

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect front power window motor LH.
Turn ignition switch ON.

Check voltage between front power window motor LH connector D9 terminals 1, 3 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace power window motor LH. Refer to Removal and Installation .

GO TO 2

CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH OUTPUT SIGNAL CIRCUITS

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect main power window and door lock/unlock switch.

Check continuity between main power window and door lock/unlock switch connector D7 terminals 8, 11 and front power window motor LH connector D9 terminals 1, 3.

Check continuity between main power window and door lock/unlock switch connector D7 terminals 8, 11 and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace main power window and door lock/unlock switch. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Repair or replace harness.
