DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 

    If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always perform the following procedure before conducting the next test:

    1. Start the engine and let it idle for 1 minute.
    2. Connect CONSULT and check for current "ENGINE" diagnostic trouble codes.
    3. Check for DTC P2691 - 00 being current on the CONSULT screen.

    Is DTC P2691 - 00 current?

    YES

    Go to Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    Inspection End.
