DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 

    If DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE has been previously conducted, always perform the following procedure before conducting the next test:

    1. Start the engine and let it idle for 1 minute.
    2. Connect CONSULT and check for current and past "ENGINE" diagnostic trouble codes.
    3. Check for DTC P24B7-00 being current or past on the CONSULT screen.

    Is P24B7-00 DTC detected?

    YES

    Proceed to Diagnosis Procedure .

    NO

    Inspection End.
